Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because each Michelle Pagonis piece is meticulously handcrafted, I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind once your design has left my studio. I encourage you to reach out with any questions or requests for additional photos prior to purchase to ensure your selection perfectly complements your ensemble.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a major fault, please contact the atelier within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can personally assist you with a repair, replacement, or solution.
UK & EU
Returns & Exchanges Policy – EU & UK
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws, buyers residing in these regions have the right to return standard, ready-to-wear items within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exemptions
Custom Designs: Custom-made or personalized pieces remain final sale.
Earrings: Due to hygiene and health protection regulations, earrings are strictly exempt from returns or exchanges once shipped.
Security Tag & Return Conditions
To ensure the integrity of our pieces, all eligible items are shipped with a numbered security tag attached in a visible position.
For a return to be accepted, this tag must remain fully intact, uncut, and untampered with.
