- International Customs: While we utilize premium, tracked postal networks, international shipments may occasionally experience brief holds or delays due to local customs formalities.
- Expedited Requests: If your wedding day is fast approaching and you require a rush order, please contact our studio directly before purchasing. We will gladly confirm current production slots and express transit timelines for you.

USA Tariffs:
All-Inclusive Pricing: The price displayed on our USA product pages includes all necessary US import surcharges, processing fees, and Section 301 customs tariffs. There are no hidden fees or surprise tax calculations added at the end of your checkout.
Prepaid Customs Clearance: All packages are shipped from our Australian studio using an automated DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) priority postal service via Australia Post. This means all US Customs processing fees and tariffs are completely prepaid by our studio before your package leaves Australia.
Canadian Sale Tax:
Transparent Tax Collection: The price displayed on our Canadian Product pages have all Federal and Provincial sales taxes (GST, PST, or HST depending on your local province) are automatically calculated.
Prepaid Customs & Clearance: All packages are shipped from our Australian studio using an automated DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) priority postal service. This means your regional Canadian taxes and customs clearance fees are completely prepaid by our studio before your package leaves Australia.

Important Update for Our European Brides.
"Due to European Union packaging regulations (PPWR), we no longer ship direct-to-consumer parcels directly from Australia to EU countries. However, EU clients are welcome to place orders using an Australian package-forwarding service (such as AusFF or SOS Mail Australia). Simply enter your assigned Australian forwarding address at checkout."
